Grading a Cinemagraph

I have just coloured my first Cinemagraph. It was great to collaborate with Davros and Damion from Cartel. A Cinemagraph is basically a big still image with only 2-3 parts of the image moving. It will be used on large electronic billboards and online.

Shot on RED Dragon I graded the original 6K plate, then applied that grade to each of the key characters. I then tweeked each layer for the best result on each person, the barmen, the guy up the ladder etc.  Very soft shapes were used to draw our attention to the moving areas of the picture. Davros then combined the different passes together in After Effects.
